Pros
Working with lots of smart grads (AlphaSights puts a lot of effort into recruiting from top unis and marketing themselves as a top-tier consulting adjacent firm). The people are generally all pretty nice. Pay is also pretty good for a graduate.
Cons
The job itself is an absolute joke. All you're doing is harassing 'experts', misleading them into joining the AlphaSights network with the promise of them getting compensated for a call when in reality, less than 25% of the experts you onboard are selected for a call. You work for managers and VPs that just care about themselves hitting KPIs. The clients you work with treat you like garbage and just see you as a tool. My opinion of this job has degraded so drastically. You learn no new skills and the exit opportunities are poor.
