Pros
Globally the environment is positive; in some departments the workload can be very important, for instance Group Finance and Group Audit. Those are also the best paid departments.
Cons
The promotions are rarely based on meritocracy (even with the so called Inclusive Meritocracy program) and very often depending on the networking. In many cases the positions are posted internally after the recruitment.
