      - you see a lot - you become responsible quite fast - very stable company

      Cons

      - the stability comes at a price - too many ex-consultants become managers without knowing the business or ever having see an actual customer

      Pros

      Great benefits, lots of PTO and Holidays. 8 hour workdays, everyday. Lots of training and help available. Company takes pride in volunteering and helping good causes.

      Cons

      Not a true sales position. No metrics to truly measure sales ability or pay compensation. Commission structure has made it harder to make money. Products have steadily declined, commissions to agents have decreased resulting in SLOW business. So much gray area on how 'sales' are tabulated.
