      Pros

      Great people! The company is very diverse. Ability to work on interesting global projects. Competitive compensation/benefits package and flexible work arrangements. Lots of positive change thanks to Mike Nelson.

      Cons

      We are part of a HUGE global organization. Like any company this size there are requirements that are dictated by the parent company. I don't get some of the other comments on here - you are going to run into corporate politics, etc with any organization. The spin on this is you actually have the ability to influence decisions if you are willing to work hard.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth within organization. Many people start in the call center, then move up or around to other positions.

      Cons

      Working non-traditional shifts in call center (not 9-5) can help you earn more money through shift differential. Other than in call center, pay is often below what other companies pay for similar positions.

      Budget constraints task creativity. A good place to work if you're under 50.
