- Maybe too many challenges: Company is not only transforming organization but also IT landscape, harmonizing products globally, starting new innovative initiatives; but at the same time trying to maximize revenues and profits.
- This also leads to a quite stretched work-life balance, plus too many processes and "politics" slowing the team down despite everybody working hard to overcome this.
- Very complex setup with many dotted and solid lines, many board members; even worse when looking at Allianz in general with many country silos and complex processes & governance.
- Small stuff: While workplace setup in general is good (e.g. Bring your own device policy, nice office location etc.) workplace IT sometimes is frustrating (e.g. speed, stability of simple applications such as Office, IE).
