Pros

3 weeks of training, chance to role play situations before taking calls, can do side-by-side calls with existing associates to get a feel for the work. Great on site cafeteria and gym. Secure office, with badge access needed for doors and elevators

Cons

No consistency between different Team Leaders as far as how associates are handled, mistakes are reported and development is provided. Employee concerns and comments about their performance is often dismissed or treated as of little importance. Expected performance fair outweighs the level of compensation. Employees are not able to work a true 40-hour work week. In times of high call volume, associates are pressed hard to work hours beyond those scheduled. Associates have only one 15 minute break and a 30-minute lunch during the day, very little to wind down.

Pros

Fast growing company, creative team-building activities, youthful culture, good bonuses, generous paid-time-off (PTO)

Cons

Growth is very rapid, employees expected to produce high-level of near-perfect work, many professional employees are young but have been with the company many years - their view of how things work isn't always accurate but it works for them in this closed environment. Employees are expected to be conformist followers, individuality is discouraged. PTO is generous because demand is high.

Pros

The atmosphere can be really nice in that the lower level employees are very nice and a lot of them are very funny. If you are an over the phone agent you will get a property and casualty license.

Cons

If you work the 4-12am shift you have no life whatsoever. There is no consistency and you are constantly being told to be the expert but it is difficult when 3 different people have three different answers to the same question.
