      Great Company. Love the Direction We Are Headed In!

      Pros

      Really enjoy the direction of the company, and where our CEO has taken us in past three years. Totally shocked at the negative response by someone on Glassdoor saying the company is not progressing due to loss of two clients. This person must not be looking at the financial growth of company, or the increase in the bonus plans paid out to employees over the past 3 years. Also must have forgotten that the company lost the Blue Cross contract with the prior CEO, with large employee loss, ...and the company survived this large loss and continued to grow with the new CEO and his leadership.. Maybe they liked the prior bonus plans that paid only 2%? and for the reference on another company in the building paying bonuses, they may want to read the news article on why... it wast a thank you to associates from the Chairman who was retiring...

      Cons

      All companies have areas to work on, no company is perfect, but I think the growth, engagement, direction of company are pretty darn good.

      Pros

      Focused on developmental opportunities of associates and promoting from within. Pushes life/work balance and sticks to it.

      Cons

      Building is shared by other tenants that have a strange idea of professionalism in behavior and dress. Sometimes getting projects taken care of can require a lot of hoop jumping

      Best company I have ever worked for - good benefits - lots of career opportunities - high performance culture and if you have a good work ethic and drive you will do very well here - felt compelled to write a review after reading some negative ones on here - if your looking to doss or you are a negative person this is not a place for you -

      Cons

      No cons really location really suits me also pension is great and lots of overtime work hard and have a positive attitude and you will do well here -
