      Pros

      Good benefits including healthcare, contributions towards car and home insurance. Very few companies offer those benefits these days. Lots of opportunities Training and education possibilities Sponsorship of race entries, good networking culture, promoting social activity and diversity. Positive company culture Great location away from the city centre

      Cons

      Current reorganisation is confused with mixed messages to staff. This is leading to a little insecurity. But overall there are very few cons. I hear some colleagues moaning about there not being enough teabags and I laugh! Compared to other places I've worked AWC is an excellent employer.

      A great company with a good future

      Pros

      Great people, very strong financial performance three years in a row. Customers appreciate what we do for them, management is focused, the compensation is fair (maybe not great, but has improved each year). Exciting new products being launched in new markets make for lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      The parent company in Germany is very heavy-handed and slows down IT and wastes a lot of time (always asking for reports that nobody reads).

      Time off in lieu in this company is good for people looking for more holidays. Starting salary is not that bad and increase every year.

      Cons

      Old style management. Team leaders have no knowledge, only push the team to meet the target. lack of Career development
