1. The most toxic working environment you can imagine. 2. Zero teamwork 3. No proper training for the job and yet you are expected to just deal with unexpected situations 4. Hierarchy in all its splendor 5. Be prepared to be take responsibility for someone else's bad work. You will deal with angry and screaming customers that haven't been taken care properly by a colleague. Any call that lands to you - you'd have to go through with and sort things out even though someone else worked on it prior. 6. Very low pay for such a demanding and blood-sucking job. 7. You will never see as many miserable ***ts again. Literal zombies. Apparently the job took its toll. I didn't let that happen to me...
