      New corporate leadership has a strong vision for aligning the various business units to leverage the various strengths. A lot of work is needed in this area, but progress is starting to happen.

      Cons

      It can still feel disjointed at the ground level, sometimes it doesnt feel like we have the resources of a larger company at our disposal.

      Great company culture with approachable leadership and positive mentality between colleagues. No toxic behaviour spotted so far. Fast growing company, also internationally, giving the ability to carve out your own career.

      Cons

      The company grew through acquisitions. Team cultures may vary from place to place. The standard learning budget of 5 days per year may be quite low for IT consultancies, given today's fast-paced IT environment.
