      Cons

      A company growing to fast can not avoid. you need to response very fast to keep pace with the growth. Then you have to one hundred percent focus.

      Pros

      Human resources are smooth talkers and apparently honest and sincere.

      Cons

      The company has owed me money for costs I incurred during the visit I made for the face to face interview. I submitted the receipts months ago and they fully admit that they owe the money but each time I manage to get through to someone at HR, they inform me that there were just some technical difficulties and that the payment should arrive any day now. These days, they just don't answer my calls or email.

      Challenging engineering problems. Software engineers are in touch with physical product. Talented colleagues. Good cross-functional collaboration. Management supports any educational activities. Great appreciation and solid bonuses for creativity. Well designed promotion mechanism. Strong retention program. A lot of business travels with full reimbursement of expenses.

      Cons

      People management career track developed much better then technical one. Rapid business expansion causes fast accumulation of technical debt and result in expensive development. Management predicts company growth well but can't provide appropriate office space in time, so working space is crowded. Management-driven Agile without Scrum Masters. Business driven decisions cause a lot of stress.
