      Monday through Friday only. Nice salary (new thing). Great environment.

      9.5 hours a day If you ask for 3 days of vacation on the same week your holidays are brought down by 4 days.

      Dynamic, high growth company with fast-paced culture. and strong brand.

      Cons

      Despite the size (nearly $1B in revenue), Align still operates somewhat like a start-up, lacking effective business processes and cross-functional teamwork between departments and geographies making it difficult to get things done. They also have a culture of a revolving door, as employees become burned-out and frustrated with the dysfunctional internal culture.
