Had made some great connections and gained knowledge experience through own learning experiences.

Cons

basically you are left alone to fend for yourself, no future in the company, bad management, bad compensation for so much work done, only benefits to the mid eastern dept, they will treat SEA's like a lower class. Favouritism amongst team as well. Leader don't accept opinions well, no room for growth.
