Stability, fantastic respected name to have on your resume. Learn a lot in the corporate business. They have strict HR policies that they follow so lots of transparency. Very respectful to their employees. Safe and ethical work place.

Cons

Not much in salary increase, it’s limited. Incentive plans are not great. Big organisations so decisions can take time. Lots of layers
