Pros
Al-Futtaim Group is the best of course but it employees enjoy one of the good environments to work in, and that is simply for one reason, the high ethical compass which engulfs the attitude of everyone who works or partners with Al-Futtaim businesses. payment is always on the clock and in an adequate manner. it is a big empire and far-reaching all over the world which is always beneficial in all aspects of business trading and sourcing.
Cons
there is so much room for improvement where Focus is absent and missing it goal. some levels lack process and procedure implementation.
