In theory, loads of career opportunities due to the size and diversity of the group. But in reality it's a very stiff organisation that doesn't support internal career progression.
Cons
Experience from ACE: - terribly bad Head of Buying: lack of knowledge, managerial skills & experience, very poor buyer, extremely rude - no teamwork - no action after poor results in the employee satisfaction survey - no consequences for unacceptable behaviors or poor performance Generally, it's not a pleasant office environment with a lot of hostility.
