You somehow feel the pride of working for a larger Group and the perception of people outside the company is positive primarily because of its size.

Cons

Leadership is greatly self-unaware and traditional mindsets overcome its potential to become a great company. This company exemplifies the quote "people join companies but leave managers." The majority of its front line staff and mid-level employees are hardworking and diligent but their success and greatness is held back by senior management's desire to implement changes and programs where the experience matter less and who gets the credit matter more.
