A company with a strong foundation and sturdy organisational structure. HR department is efficient and takes care of their employee needs well. Salaries depend of your ranking or band of Job Title. Great learning experience of processes. Multi cultural office environment. Good employee benefits. Salary and bonus always on time.

Cons

Cons will depend on the group, colleagues and superiors you work with. Poor work life balance as I spent nearly 5hrs overtime on an average each day with no overtime payment or even the slightest recognition from management. Poor job security. Extreme stress level and poor appreciation from management. No salary increment or opportunities for promotion. Then again, no company or job is flawless.
