Well known respected company, multi group of channels, give chance for new employee to find job, online system, provide air tickets.

Cons

No salary increment, less chance of opportunity,never ending overtime, number of people has gone more than 5 years up with out promotion and increase on salary,human resource team should give a fair treatment in the lower position, equality on different nationals,standard on CTC no matter who recommend employee.

Cons

Immediate line managers are not so active/open-minded for business as well as for staffs. Often fickle minded implementing new formats and process now and then. their belief and trust factors are not present for subordinates.
