Company Values as laid down are great and exceptional

Cons

The Senior Managers use the company values to target employees wrongfully. There is no 360 degree feedback system to provide feedback for reporting boss or manager. Hence there is no any possible way for the company to have the values implemented in reality

Cut-throat environment and toxic culture. In the name of excellence, you will be expected to work ridiculous hours including week-ends. Extremely poor values and no consideration for employees. Sudden termination is a constant threat.
