Got lucky as I was working with a fair superior, thus I manage to progress in this job.

Cons

Can face with hierarchy base behaviour. Progression can be difficult due to company structure. Lack of professionalism as people work base on relation instead of work need to be done. No bonus so far throughout my employment there.
