No open contracts for the company to be able to terminate u at any stage. Very hight level of politics on all different levels and the more you go up the hierarchy, the worse polerics are. It is not how good you do your job, but it is definitely how good you are in satisfying the ego of connected people. Very fast change in management. No recognition. Very toxic
