      Pros

      International business in a high tech environment. Good extras like staff council and cantines. French lifestyle culture.

      Cons

      If you like to develop yourself, dont stay longer then 5 years. Internal progress or even promotion requires direct link to executives.

      Good working in the south of France and good to gain experience on all Airbus variants. Very enjoyable location

      Cons

      Poor higher management. Leadership skills could be better. There needs to be more tooling provided for certain jobs
