      very high salary, a lot of vacation days, beeing part of the EADS company (having the possibility to move to Airbus, Astrium, Eurocopter), trainings provided every year, friendly lower management, working on high technology aircraft / systems, bus transfer to work provided, good cafeteria

      Cons

      low morale; pessimism; unclear future of company, because of low risk approach for new products of executive management; politics; hierachical organised; in case for Manching: remote location; possibly no more aircraft development
