Pros
Airbus is a great opportunity for any young person wishing to start their career. Anyone wishing to hopefully work abroad one day should definitely chase a career in airbus as mobility is greatly encouraged. I have been working in Airbus Uk for four years now and have recently had the opportunity to work in Nantes, France and it was a fantastic experience. The benefits given to employees through numerous schemes are second to none. Development is a very important aspect of Airbus and the company will do all they can to further support your training/development aspirations. Also Airbus really is a 'job for life' with the company outlook always expanding and improving.
Cons
The biggest con i can think of is that with such a big company and many employees at all different levels there can sometimes be a 'divide' between corporate levels, such as between upper management and the employees directly on the factory floor. Although this is improving with recent involvement schemes.
