      Checks were on time...and that's about it!!!!

      Cons

      No structure, no leadership, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. HR is so screwed up that it's ridiculous!!!! Who is running the show?!?!?!?! Pay for blue collar workers is below industry standard and they expect people to choke it down with a smile on their face!!!! We need a union to protect us but Airbus FAL is trying to convince us that we don't need one. They are more worried about their bonuses than fair pay for the people who actually produce the airplanes!

      Pros

      No pressure. Decent pay. Job security.Plus you can build a collection of desk models of helicopters and airplanes.

      Cons

      When I worked there, there was no commitment, and hence no support, for building the U.S. business outside of commercial airliners. All lip service. I hear from my former colleagues that the change in CEO didn't change things.

      you don`t really have to do a lot if you make the right friends - or hide away wherever possible

      Cons

      this is not a place where innovation lives - I have never seen so much boring bureaucracy, unnecessary things and inefficiency.
