      Good working atmosphere with respectful colleagues. Organization with very good reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      Little career opportunities, it takes very long to access certain positions, unless you have good connections.

      Good Cafeteria and offices. Great environment and team buildings. Advantages as the staff council and the bonus or profit sharing are ok

      Calendar cycle goes as follows: Sep - restructure. Dec: Results ....March restructure is announced then everybody work hard until Vacation on may and come back in Sep. Everybody have a reason but work to be there Lack of training and growth
