      diverse work environment, intelligent and interesting people, challenging work environment, great benefits, training and personal development, employee engagement, great events!

      Cons

      Can be very political and get the sense that sometimes you can't get anything done because of the overwhelming concern about making decisions.

      Pros

      Good pay. Products are well designed and robust for the most part. Fast expense reimbursement. Job looks good on your resume.

      Cons

      Chaotic work environment. Constant changes to internal processes ensures the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Insufficient (non-existent) training for new employees - hit the ground running and learn on the job as best you can. Crucial executives are not fit for their jobs making underlings lives miserable. This job will beat you down and make you question your abilities
