      The people and laid back environment

      Cons

      Clickish; they cater to who they know/like and have history with; Mngmt more concerned about saving pennies in ridiculous redundant areas rather than the actual quality of the product; concerned with doing ONLY what the UK bosses want and not standing up for the Wichita office; would rather cut corners is the forefront of the philosophy-not the 'product'

      Pros

      Good working in the south of France and good to gain experience on all Airbus variants. Very enjoyable location

      Cons

      Poor higher management. Leadership skills could be better. There needs to be more tooling provided for certain jobs

      Pros

      One shift in the painting department; plenty of hours usually 12+ monday-saturday sometimes sundays. Other than that no real pros.

      Cons

      One shift in the helicoptor painting department and the company waits until customers get their products before paying the employees; which can sometimes take a whole month before you receive a paycheck.
