You will be working but a diverse group of culturally rich, intelligent, and likable people. Its is like a perfect blend of start up and corporate culture. Best of both world.

Cons

Management seems to have the problem of fixing what is the issue. Seems the problem has been heard but taking too long before a considerable amount of impact would be made.
