Cons

Most of the people you will work with are mediocre at best, Most of the tasks are repetitive and boring Business focus, the managers don't about the architecture or the code quality Very poor middle management

International office/ good mix of people.

Cons

Pay is very poor, employee benefits are even worse 1% for a pension. Most people want to leave - have a walk around the office and feel the lack of a buzz in what is supposed to be a sales environment! Also look at the fact that ALL the major OTAs are advertising ...apart from Agoda. Dont come here if you are ambitious and want to build a career.

Pros

The staff are a nice bunch of people to work with and tend to be a sociable, out going group. Plenty of places to go for lunch if you work in the main Bangkok head office

Cons

Senior management are clueless, often giving contradictory instruction and provide very little or no support to their staff or projects
