      Benefits package is good They know how to throw a party You don't really work that much

      Cons

      Adyen has been the worst professional experience of my life so I cannot recommend this company. When you prone that you are a "culture first" company, you cannot afford to have toxic management. A company that refuses to answer the question "what is performance?" will end up promoting people for their relationships and visibility more than for their actual skills. It's not really fast paced, but I don't think that's a bad thing.

      They let you think that you will have access to a full range of benefits and that team is amazing but they are not. Fake and superficial people.

      Fast pace environment to the point of exploitation Toxic working culture that works on daily targets rather than weekly ones High expectation without giving any flexibility to the employees

      Good company to work for, hard to grow there

      - by far the best product - great company culture - flexible work hours, days off, flexibility, work from abroad

      Cons

      - getting extremely hard to grow there and switch positions, you often get stuck in your role and if you perform well, management wants to keep you there, not help you move
