      No work life balance. there are 2 types of people in Adobe. One who has joined in last 3 years, From first day they will be pressurised to do all work as they would have been coming with more money than others. No appraisal. People are shouting on you. Whole team blame is on you. Second who are in Adobe from long time. Chill atmosphore. Praised even for participating in Badminton tournament and not winning at all. Unlimited holidays and work from home.
