      Uninspiring leaders in India, very hierarchial mindset , brand is great, products are awesome

      Pros

      Company is great, doing good and growing, free lunch, learning and wellness benefits are great.

      Cons

      India leaders are a sham, uninspiring, the corporate leaders are unable to see through this when they visit. Very un-inspiring. They talk about diversity and inclusion but in reality, it is not practiced. Perception management wins over meritocracy. Bad work culture, no flexibility and work from home options. The work culture outside India is a contrast.
