Pros

Culture: most people who work there are kind, genuine, collaborative Benefits: very flexible in terms of hours/location, great for parents with kids Comp: reasonably good pay (but lower than FAANG)

Cons

Slow, bureaucratic The company isn't doing super well, which causes panic among execs, and frequently shifting priorities that trickles down to everyone Limited autonomy, agency, ownership for anyone below VP-level Not innovative, slow to adopt AI internally Promotions feel pretty arbitrary and based on internal politics, doesn't seem to be merit based Teams are quite territorial
