Pros

I was able to work on a lot of new projects. They provided a lot of opportunities to develop new skills.

Cons

We often needed to incorporate some either old or overly complicated legacy code. This slowed development a lot.

Pros

-Very strong culture -Pretty easy to hit quota -Good leadership

Cons

Career advancement is impossible. Around 180 BDRs , all vying for a max of 15 positions to advance every year. BDR leadership is willing to help you prepare, but actual spots are incredibly rare and AE/AM leadership is unwilling to consider internal candidates first. Additional layoffs of other AE/AM teams has made it harder to get these roles, as laid off employees take them, Adobe is a great place to work, but a terrible place to start your career.
