      Great compensation, plenty of opportunity for advancement for top performers

      Cons

      Adobe is a global company - so things are always "on". Depending on the job, some people may find it challenging to need to be responsive or available outside core local hours.

      Pros

      Good salaries and benefits. Nice campus with cafeteria, cafe and fitness center. Employee software purchase program is popular with family and friends.

      Cons

      Heavy on the management side, Adobe has become unmanageable. There are too many reporting layers and bureaucracy. No trust in upper management, too many managers out for them self. The good visionaries have all cashed in and left the company. Only a few strong technical people left.
