Work on cool products, flexible work environment (you can work from home or have flex hours), people are approachable and friendly. Many friendships made outside of work

Cons

There is a whole lot of pressure to get the work done on time, and the deadlines are extremely tight.

There is a good balance between tools and equipment needed to get a job done. They don't throw money into expensive equipment - they rely on people.

Cons

You have a target on your back. If you don't consistently put out good quality products and work, it reflects badly on you. It is like a pressure cooker.
