      - people still respectful of one another - people share knowledge and information - really smart people - benefits are still decent - company does good works for the community and environment

      Cons

      - too much job insecurity and pressure to produce - too much off-shoring of jobs - splitting engineering efforts between groups on opposite sides of the world is counter-productive; it takes twice as long, not half as long.
