      High Compensation, exceptional work life balance, very talented peer group, opportunity to work on breakthrough technologies which define the future, fun place to be in

      Cons

      As a quality engineer one is treated inferior to developers which is little disheartening. Also transparency aspect needs improvement in terms of communication from senior management.
