      Collaborative, supportive co-workers, the opportunity to work on market-leading products, flexibility on time/working from home.

      Cons

      Constant reorganization churn, way too many middle managers, poor opportunities for advancement, overwhelming workload. Focus is on management the company for the street, as a result, the focus on product innovation and quality is suffering.

      Pros

      Adobe provides good opportnities to work on some great projects. Pople are friendly and helpful. The lunch is good and the best thing is its free.

      Cons

      Adobe can be a bad place to work if your manager is not good, and in many teams there are awful managers.
