      Pros

      1. Work Culture, individual contributors are very good and co-operative 2. Salary and RSU are modest. 3. You will learn a lot in very short period. 4. You will get recognition, being a small company (in number) you can talk to anyone. (Ex: I did my tax filing with the help of the top financial officer at my place.) All are very co-operate.

      Cons

      1. Management isn't that good. They don't bring good technology to India. 2. Some Managers don't understand the complexity of the problem will take some time to convince them why we need to make such a decision in the technical aspect. But once you get their trust on your decision making life will be a lot simpler. IF GOT A CHANCE TO WORK IN ADOBE PLS DON'T MISS IT WORTH WORKING ONE WILL LEARN A LOT :)

      Pros

      Lot of space is given to interns. Gives a flavor of research with development.

      Cons

      However, we did not get any great insight into the development process of softwares generally followed at other companies. Also, the research is not that great.

      Pros

      The people. Adobe is a highly professional environment that has a strong sense of committment to its employees.

      Cons

      Change Management. Adobe is in a state of transformation. If change as a constant is not a comfortable place for you in your career, this may not be a place for you to work.
