      Pros

      Nice workplace Free lunch and dinner. Lunch is good and dinner is average. Good compensation Great people to work with Management is quite OK. Campus is good with tennis, basket ball and volleyball facilities besides Table tennis and foosball. They are coming up with new campus in some time with lots of other world-class facilities.

      Cons

      They don't provide the best compensation in the market. Situated in New Delhi-NCR area, precisely NOIDA which is not that good place to live in terms of security. There is not many companies in Noida. So not many opportunities other than Adobe. Sometimes promotions/hikes is not transparent. No cab facility provided by the company No work from home facility.

      Being part of a well renowned company that is shaping the digital landscape Getting to know latest technologies Enjoying a positive workplace climate with flat hierarchies and approachable managers. Very good salary and packages

      Adobe is a large, public corporation that needs to cater for its shareholders. So, it can be difficult to keep an overview of activities. Also, there is some level of playing it safe.
