Some product managers and directors are really inspiring and do know their stuff- a pleasure to work with

Cons

Benefits and other perks (such as education, courses, etc) are only 'offered' to a few, with no connection to performance. For the ones who don't receive it, it begs the question: why? And how?

Cons

Teams can be bloated, and scope of responsibilities limited. You have to seek out challenges. Also, the layoff cycle.
