      Adobe is a true global company - same policies apply in all campuses around the world. Adobe is a company where you can develop your skills as a professional - lots of opportunities for training and processes that support career development.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime. Sometimes, lack of vision clarity.

      Pros

      Engineering run company, innovative, beautiful facilities. Very diverse company, employees from all over the world, good diversity & cultural mix. Interesting products and technology.

      Cons

      Changing direction, unclear whether Adobe will be able to execute on the new strategy. Focus on youth, culture is changing to emphasize hiring younger workers at the expense of older longer tenured workers. Adobe tends to hire mid-career professionals who have done exactly the same job at a selected list of companies, rather than giving someone an opportunity to learn something new and grow.
