      Pros

      Adobe has great perks, great work spaces, good people and above average products.

      Cons

      Adobe suffers from many of the same things every big company does: lack of opportunities for top talent, lack of recognition, non-visionary leadership, overselling product capabilities, etc.

      Great work environment, great benefit, very competitive pay scale, great coworkers

      Cons

      Very conservative business approach, lots of technically incompetent people are at the sr. management level, company has lots of dead wood. If you are super star (technically and non-technically), very difficult to move up quickly, very slow in adapting new idea

      Pros

      Loved all the perks like drinks, cafeteria, gym, basketball court, soccer, family movie nights, food truck Fridays. It was a lax workplace.

      Cons

      Can get really political really quickly. People like to withhold information they find valuable and it ends up hurting the team.
