      Pros

      The team is very welcoming and cooperative. People in my team were always tech hungry, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, tech talks, etc. They were even quite supportive, happy to help with blockers.

      Cons

      The job title in the first confuses people, making them believe it to be a non-tech role
