Cons

Indian style management, managers shout down people. Technology does not seem to be great compared to the brand that Adobe has. Verge large difference in increment in strong vs solid bands.

There are lots of people take advantage of the relaxing culture, not feel much motivated, since they wont really appreciate that. no cash bonus for 2013 individual contributer
