      Benefits, Sabbaticals, Culture. Real efforts to find places and people when products are discontinued or consolidated or reduced.

      Cons

      Can sometimes seem a little paternalistic. Decisions are slow but methodical. Sr Leaders seem to look for consensus on decisions.
