      Good but not a silver bullet

      Pros

      At least, I really enjoyed the projects in my team. All the colleagues were really optimistic and working towards the goals pretty proactively. The company also encourages the employees to bring new ideas and introduce them to the team in order to be always up to date and have the best and the state-of-the-art standard in the technical works/projects.

      Cons

      Their salaries are not as competitive as the other prestigious companies in the Barcelona area. Also, I have witnessed a really bad occasion where my friend got fired only in two weeks after the start date. This gave me a feeling like they still have some professionalization issues in terms of HR.

      - Great culture to get things done - Pretty decent engineering - Flat-ish structure - In general, management knows what they are doing - Problems are quite usually at scale

      Cons

      - Relatively high organisational complexity - Lots of technical decisions happen organically and lack direction
